Last Summer Fling

School starts tomorrow so for our last summer fling Jeremy and I were able to set some time aside and go to Crater Lake this past weekend. We had a blast together. It was pretty cold and windy, but it was well worth the trip. We climbed the highest peak, Mt. Scott, rising to about 9,000 ft. (bottom left picture). We were also able to go down to the lake and see how clear it is. My personal favorite was going to what is called the pinnacles. They are formations of ash from past volcanic activity. They stand tall along the banks of Sand River.
